Last Day
Today was the last day of Blast ball for Tyson, and T-ball for Miles. They both have done so well this season, and really enjoyed it.

Waxahachie
Linda asked me if the boys and I would like to go to Waxahachie for a day and see what is there. It is about as far south of Dallas as we are north of Dallas. I thought it sounded fun. I am always up for a day trip and to get out of the house. I have heard of Waxahachie, it has a big Scarborough Festival thing that they do in the spring.

I Can't Walk
Yesterday I let one of friends talk me into joining her for a workout at her boot camp that she has been going to. I thought it sounded fun - but hard so I decided to take on her challenge. We met up at 4:30 in the morning! All that Troy would say is - you're not going to get up, or you're not going to make it through. So I had to go, and make it through the workout to prove him wrong. To my surprise, I could actually do more than I thought I could do, and I enjoyed the workout. I would like to join one their sessions, but I am going to be out of town so much during the summer, I think I may have to wait until fall. Nothing like procrastinating a workout!
After my boot camp morning, I went to the cannery. It was my last time to go for the summer, and the cannery was well stocked so we had a very productive day at the cannery. The cannery also changed their rules - again. They are now limiting us to one case per item, including wheat which was two cases, total of 30 cans. We were also told this was our last time that we could can items for those babysitting our kids. So we took advantage of our time, and what we could do. They were not busy that day, so they let us get back in line and do a second round, and then let us excess our limit of 30 cans per person. In all we canned 240 cans! At about 5 pounds a can that is about 1200 pounds! That we got to carry from the store room to the canning room, lift to can, to load the car, unload the car to sort and load into everyone else's cars.
So today - I can not walk up my stairs because my legs are sore from my workout, and I can not lift up my kids because my arms are sore from the cannery.

Memorial Day Weekend
We had a great Memorial Day. We spent Saturday with Troy's family for a barbecue and celebrated birthdays. Sunday we had a barbecue with my parents. And Monday we spent with friends. What a perfect weekend.

Miscommunication
For the last two Sunday's I have not given Miles or Tyson any toys, or books during Sacrament Meeting. It is getting to crazy, and they usually start arguing over something or fighting - so I took everything away from them. Today I when the speakers started I leaned over to the boys and said, "after the meeting I want you to tell me how many speakers there were." They both nodded. About 5 minutes later Miles whispered to me "there are 26 speakers."
I asked him "are you sure?"
"Yes!" pointing up the ceiling at the speakers.
I started giggling and almost had to take myself in the hall for not being reverent.
